Cranberry Peanut Crunch: white chocolate filled with dried cranberries and honey-roasted peanuts, covered in a rich golden caramel married with Waina chocolate and fresh raspberry powder.

Iced Oatmeal Cookie: milk chocolate filled with a dollop of butterscotch caramel, vanilla bean smoked sea salt icing, Opalys chocolate and Dulcey oatmeal sweet cream ganache.

Pumpkin Whoopie Pie: milk chocolate filled with whipped maple butter and a spiced pumpkin golden syrup infused ganache. 

Crisp Apple: milk chocolate filled with a granny smith apple juilee, fresh apple and Caramelia-infused ganache.
