Kohler Chocolates presents Nuestra Herencia—the Hispanic Heritage Collection—inspired by beloved desserts across Latin America, from rich Dulce de Leche to spicy Mole and Chile, delivering a taste of history and tradition with each flavor.

Dulce de Leche: A golden caramel poured over a 35% Dulcey chocolate (which has the tastes of caramelized milk and took eight years to create) and is shelled in a 35% milk chocolate.

Mole: A Mexico 66% dark chocolate ganache blended with mole spice, natural peanut butter, heavy cream and butter. This piece is shelled in a 35% milk chocolate.

Chile: An Amazonian 75% dark chocolate ganache mixed with habanero and chili blend, and ground annatto achiote molido. This piece is shelled in a 62% dark chocolate.

Cajeta: A simple but creamy and delicious Peru 38% milk chocolate ganache, complete with goat’s milk and goat's butter. This piece is shelled in a 31% white chocolate.
