Kohler Chocolates introduces Nuestra Herencia—the Hispanic Heritage Collection—a celebration of Latin American flavors, from fiery habanero caramel to tropical guava, capturing the essence of Hispanic Culture in every bite.

Habanero: This piece starts with a golden habanero infused caramel, which is poured over an Ecuador 33% white chocolate with roasted corn to make a creamy, caramel ganache that also has notes of caramelized milk and cane honey. This piece is shelled in a 31% white chocolate.

Guava Coconut Rum: This is a dual layer piece which starts with a homemade whipped guava jam. The second layer is a ganache made with a Parce Rum caramel which is then poured over a 31% white chocolate. This piece is shelled in a 31% white chocolate.

Lime Rice Horchata: A dual layered piece with a 31% Ecuador white chocolate ganache complete with flavors of mexican cinnamon and rice milk, and a layer of a lime jam whip. This piece is shelled in a 35% milk chocolate.

Watermelon Tajin: A 55% double fermented dark chocolate and a 62% Dominican Republic dark chocolate come together in a rich ganache, along with sugar sourced from Colombia, watermelon and passion fruit purees and Tajin seasoning. This piece is shelled in a 62% dark chocolate.
